MARKETING & CONTENT COORDINATOR

We’re looking for an energetic and creative Marketing & Content Coordinator to work across our growing portfolio of brands, including Basix Clothing, No Fuss Nails, and Khaya & Co.
This is not your typical marketing role. We’re looking for someone with personality, confidence, initiative, and a genuine passion for content creation and brand building.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Creating and managing content across all social media platforms
• Appearing in videos, reels, stories, and marketing campaigns
• Planning, organising, and coordinating photoshoots and content days
• Liaising with photographers, models, influencers, ambassadors, and suppliers
• Assisting with influencer and ambassador relationships
• Creating social media calendars and content plans
• Capturing behind-the-scenes content
• Identifying trends and opportunities for each brand
• Assisting with launches, events, and activations
• Helping each brand maintain its own unique voice and identity
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Creative, energetic, and highly organised
• Confident on camera and comfortable creating content
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends
• Ability to switch between different brands and audiences
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative
• Detail-oriented with a good eye for aesthetics, photography, and design
• Comfortable working in a growing entrepreneurial environment
• Previous marketing, social media, content creation, or event experience is advantageous
REQUIREMENTS
• Valid driver’s licence
• Own reliable transport
• Based in or near Durbanville
• Available for occasional shoots, events, and content days
BONUS POINTS IF YOU
• Have experience with Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar platforms
• Have worked with influencers or brand ambassadors before
• Love social media and naturally stay up to date with trends
• Have basic photography or videography skills

ADMIN & ORDER FULFILMENT COORDINATOR

We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our growing team and assist with the day-to-day operations of our brands, including Basix Clothing, No Fuss Nails, and Khaya & Co.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving, customer service, and ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Processing and fulfilling online orders
• Packing and preparing orders for courier collection
• Managing inventory and stock levels
• Assisting with stock receiving and stock counts
• Handling customer service enquiries via email and social media
• Assisting with administrative tasks across multiple brands
• Coordinating customer collections and courier deliveries
• Maintaining accurate records and systems
• Supporting the team with general operational tasks
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Reliable, efficient, and proactive
• Strong administrative skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Able to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Computer literate and confident learning new systems
• Previous administrative, retail, logistics, e-commerce, or customer service experience is advantageous
